We ship healthy, carefully packaged orchids from our nursery.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

We pack plants to reduce stress during transit, but slight leaf or bloom damage can happen during shipping.

If there is a major issue on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
